While tapping into the wisdom of your body is natural, it’s become more challenging than ever. There are so many dietary theories, exercise trends, and health claims pulling your attention outward that it’s almost impossible to discern what’s right for you. 

This is where I come in. To bring you back to the wisdom of your body and out of the confusing information overload.

As a holistic nutritionist, I’ll help you discover which foods and self-care practices are essential for your wellbeing—whether you’d like to increase energy, improve your digestion, or balance your hormones. 

I’ll also teach you how to tune into the wisdom of your body so that you can be guided by its cues for life. Never again needing to overthink what to eat, how to exercise, or which choices to make.

3 Month Mind-Body Tune Up

 

This 3-month program includes: 

  • Seven 60-minute sessions, including a 90-minute initial session

  • Full nutritional and dietary assessment

  • Program manual

  • Individual goals + recommendations

  • Grocery shopping guide

The results: You begin feeling clear, energized, and confident in your body.

Three months is the perfect amount of time for you to set a goal for yourself, begin the work to attain the goal, mess up here and there, get yourself back on track, and ultimately achieve the goal.

I believe that working along side a practitioner during this process is essential. I will act as a source of inspiration, a sounding board, a mentor, a recipe index, and I will help you find ways to navigate through any tough moments that may have prevented you from achieving this goal in the past. Together we will take a close look at your habits, your strengths, and your pitfalls so that ultimately you always know how to bring yourself back to tuning-in.

Here’s how it works

  • Restore: Month 1

    During the first month, we will work to reorganize your lifestyle in order to restore health. We will set health goals for your program and I will gather the necessary details to customize a plan for you. From there, I will take you through a guided cleanse and start the restoration process.

  • Reassemble: Month 2

    During the second month our goal will be to  reassemble your lifestyle so that you can begin to incorporate the new healthy habits with ease. We will reflect on the guided cleanse, set new goals, and start to look deeper at your individual anatomy and physiology. 

  • Renew: Month 3

    During the third month we will look at the positive changes have occurred and challenges that you have faced. We will use this information to create a health 'Plan of Action' for the future. That way, you always know how to get yourself back on track. 

    With a new awareness of the strong connection between your mind and body, I hope to empower you to discover what makes YOU feel well in all aspects of your life.
