We can stick with one type of service, or blend a few together. All services are offered at the same hourly rate of $125/hr.

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, I will help you to gain clarity and to build the confidence to face past memories/experiences or present circumstances that are causing you pain or distress. I will help you uncover the roadblocks that are preventing you from living the life you desire, and will support you in the journey of getting to know your true self. While we can’t change your past or every stressful circumstance you face, we can work together to change the way it impacts your life.


Relationship Therapy

Whether you are struggling in your relationship, or you want to take an already thriving partnership to the next level, couples counseling can help. All relationships struggle with communication issues from time to time. Unfortunately, most of us aren’t taught how to repair the rifts and communicate our needs in healthy ways. Relationship therapy can help you identify the triggers, stressors and roadblocks that keep you stuck in negative cycles and give you the support you need to change them.

Yoga Therapy

Each day we face a different challenge. Our yoga practice is no different. The mat is where we focus, building the balance, flexibility and control to face any endeavor.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Movement, whether it’s a leisurely walk or a brisk hike, can make it easier for some to discuss their feelings. As the name describes, clients talk with me while we walk side by side outdoors, rather than meeting face to face in a therapy office or Telehealth setting.

Healing Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation for self-healing. This simple, rhythmic breathing pattern balances the nervous system by moving stuck energy, stagnant emotions, and limiting beliefs. This practice will help you to connect to your body, promote deep relaxation, a facilitate clarity & healing.​

Nutrition Consultation

Your body is unique. So it only makes sense that certain foods help it function optimally, while others can disturb its natural rhythm. Your eating patterns, food choices, intake of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients can positively affect prevention and management of emotional dysregulation. Together we will discover what works best for your mind/body.
